REGISTRATION
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Once you have decided to register for a program, a certain amount of commitment is required from you, the guest, to hold your spot. This would be provided by way of a deposit. The amount of deposit, and cancellation policy is dependent on the nature of the trip/course :
SINGLE DAY PROGRAMS
Single day programs can be booked anytime, but require a full program fee deposit to confirm your spot.
If you cancel your booking for any reason less than 24 hours before the trip start date, or during the program (and we cannot fill the vacancy), there will be no refund. Trip cancellation insurance is available from several travel agents. Please inquire if you have difficulty finding this.
MULTI- DAY PROGRAMS
These programs can be booked anytime, but require 30% program fee deposit to confirm your spot. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to program start date.
If you cancel your booking for any reason prior to the trip start date, or during the program (and we cannot fill the vacancy), there will be no refund. If you find a suitable substitute guest, we can transfer your payment to that person. Trip cancellation insurance is available from several travel agents. Please inquire if you have difficulty finding this.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS AND HUT BASED TRIPS
These programs can be booked anytime, but require 30% program fee deposit to confirm your spot. Since resources such as accommodation and air travel must be booked and paid for well in advance, we require full payment for international programs and hut trips 2 months prior to the trip.
If Haute Alpine Adventures has to cancel a program for any reason prior to trip start date, we will refund your entire payment.
REGISTRATION:
To register for a trip, please e-mail your request to info@hautealpine.com, or contact us directly by phone at 604.892.3570. A deposit by cheque or money order must be received within one week to confirm your booking (we are unable to accept credit cards at this time). Once the deposit is received, a full information package will be mailed to you including equipment list, medical form, and waiver.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:
