HAUTE ROUTE BOOKING CONDITIONS
Haute Alpine Adventures requires a 30% deposit of the total
program cost to confirm your booking. Please fill out the
on site registration form and submit it. Then send your deposit
by cheque or money order to our office address. We will then
send you a full information package for the trip / course
including equipment list, medical form, and waiver. After
you receive confirmation of booking from our office we require
full payment for the Haute Route 2 months prior to the program
start date.
If full payment is not received on time we reserve the right
to sell your spot to the next person on the waiting list.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because many of the resources for this trip must be booked
and paid for in advance, the cost of the trip is non - refundable
. We strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation
insurance from a travel agent. If you find a suitable substitute
guest then we would transfer all money paid to that person.
If Haute Alpine Adventures has to cancel a program for any
reason prior to the starting date, we will refund you all
money paid.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
All guests who ski with us are required to read and sign
